Got hit on my way home!
Son of a....
Going home after a long week on friday, enjoying the hell out of my car, just replaced front struts (they were making a ton of noise, the strut mount was broken stayed stock though), and had my rotors turned (real bad shake when braking). The car was excellent, totally immersed in driving, when SCREEEEECH, BAM. Woman in a minivan hit me in the left rear corner. She was totally freaked out, barely spoke to me the whole time. Her car was majorly messed up, and of course, no insurance. She claims she wants to pay for the damage (she recognized it was clearly her fault), but I doubt that she has the means. I went and got a quote for the damage (only the bumper and taillight were damaged). $1000 to fix. Holy crap! I called my ins, and they will cover under uninsured, but that just sucks. Anyone have a rear bumper cover and taillight for the driver side for a 91 LS sedan? The parts alone were almost $700. Sucks bad since the car was driving so well.

one good thing is, that if the ins. company just cuts you a check and you use used parts, you might be able to make money out of this.
