Is The Greddy SP Exhaust Carb Exempt?

I'm thinking of getting the Greddy SP exhaust for my legend and was wondering if its carb exempt, I can't find any information on this exhaust. Also I know its shorter because its meant for the coupe so I'd have to make a custom extention pipe, if the exhaust is carb exempt for the coupe would it still be carb exempt if I modded it to fit the sedan?

technically, any catback exhaust is ok. As long as you don't get your catalytic modify, it is legal.
