Group buy on clockspring?

I sent a message to Acura of Agusta using the form on their page, but havn't gotten a reply. Been a few weeks.

Someone mentioned on acuraworld that she wanted a clockspring too. Anyone else here looking? Hopefully we can get enough people to get the price sub 300.

Also, to MikeD. How much time would it take for the DIY?

A clockspring is the wiring harness that runs the 'Horn', 'Airbag', and 'Cruise/Radio Switches' behind your steering wheel. Its called a clockspring, bc it allows your wheel to turn many times without scrambling the wires. -Mike

"it's the reel of wires that connects the airbag and steering wheel controls through the steering column"

Sorry ma friend but I missed the last line here. You mean the needed time to remove and install the clockspring? I needded at that time less than 1 hour. It´s no big deal. Please be careful about the airbag connectors. Here the link you need if you´re going to do that... [Steering Wheel Removal]. Within the link I hope you get all infos you need about your DIY. Good luck. -Mike

I was the one because I posted a WTB but no one ever responded. So I just went ahead and paid the 379.00 for the clockspring from Honda dealership and had a mechanic do it so I end up paying 449.85 which was WAY cheaper than the Honda place or any other shop I called. Now if only I can find where I could get a driverside window seal
