so what if ive already removed the thermostat and it still overheats? which by the way is a new thermostat. replaced it form the beginning. ive also sat in front of the car for several min to find a leak...nothin. i have also bleed the system for air and refilled while car is on. yet when i open the little nipple on the top hose that goes to the radiator. it spits out air bubbles. not that bad but there is some. could it be that i didnt remove all the air? im pretty convinced now that its a BHG...i might just sell it like it is and get a different running car...mmmm G35 type S mmmmm

Ok wait. You removed the thermostat and it overheats, or you replaced the thermostat and it overheats? How long would you have to let it run or drive for it to start overheating with the thermostat out?

If your HG is seeping enough to make the car overheat with no thermostat, then you would expect your radiator cap to have to puke coolant on you engine, especially when you had your thermostat in.

Did you check the factory manual for how to check your coolant temp sensor?

yep, i removed the thermostat and it still over heated. takes about 15min for it to start overheating. and this morning i removed the radiator cap. turn the car on, turn the heater on full blast and started to fill the radiator when BAM, bubbles start to come out of the radiator. . denial no mo. its a f'n BHG. i have joined the club . i will start working on it this weekend. i will also be replaceing the TB and WP. just to get it ot the way. might as well get the heads done, and port&polish the heads and intake manifold. i will be back on the streets in no time. what else should i replace now that ill be in there. and whats up with the EGR pipe/thing. should it be blocked or sealed?

EGR pipe is prolly fully choked up. Completely take off the egr pipe before lifting the manifold. If you forget and bend the pipe during the removal process, the screws won't line up during re-install.
