so what if ive already removed the thermostat and it still overheats? which by the way is a new thermostat. replaced it form the beginning. ive also sat in front of the car for several min to find a leak...nothin. i have also bleed the system for air and refilled while car is on. yet when i open the little nipple on the top hose that goes to the radiator. it spits out air bubbles. not that bad but there is some. could it be that i didnt remove all the air? im pretty convinced now that its a BHG...i might just sell it like it is and get a different running car...mmmm G35 type S mmmmm

Ok wait. You removed the thermostat and it overheats, or you replaced the thermostat and it overheats? How long would you have to let it run or drive for it to start overheating with the thermostat out?
If your HG is seeping enough to make the car overheat with no thermostat, then you would expect your radiator cap to have to puke coolant on you engine, especially when you had your thermostat in. Did you check the factory manual for how to check your coolant temp sensor?

EGR pipe is prolly fully choked up. Completely take off the egr pipe before lifting the manifold. If you forget and bend the pipe during the removal process, the screws won't line up during re-install.
