Help! Instrument Guage Question
I am looking to 'customize' the instrument guage panel... I have a machinist that will make polished chrome rings to go around the instrument clusters...
Problem: I don't know the EXACT measurments of the rings... If anyone knows... please post, or if anyone is putting new guage faces on, please take the measurements of the Inside Diameter of the: Speed, TACH, TEMP, Fuel guages... Thanks in advance... |

Another piece that would be cool for a machinist to do would be the gauge "bezel." The black area that goes all the way around the gauge pod. I think that in brushed aluminum with LEGEND etched into it would be SIIIIIIIIICK.
It would be a relatively easy part to machine, since you can easily remove it and measure all of the dimensions. Plus there are no stress requirements for a looks only part!
