Question Hercules tires???

has anyone heard of HERCULES or used HERCULES tires at all? there is a wheel and tire package deal - the tires are Hercules 205/40ZR17 ?????

the seller stated this:

"actually Hercules is a very well known brand and the tires are
awesome. I would put them on my car without worry. They are actually better than most brands you are thinking of. In the tire business there are many many many brands of tires that many people haven't heard that are just as good as the name brands."

????

I've never heard of them but they are probably made by a name brand. I use Dayton tires which are made by Bridgestone though Dayton itself is not a known brand and they are very good tires. They are all I put on my car now and they are cheaper than the equivalent Bridgestones.

They defiently won't rub but your tire radius will be smaller throwing off your speedo. The two best tire sizes to go with for a Legend to keep the 24.6" diamater is 215/45/17 which is a perfect match and won't rub or a 235/40/17 which is 0.2" in diameter smaller but may rub depending on the offset of your rims.

I use to use those about 6+ years ago. They seemed like a pretty good tire for a good price.
