Hid Install In Jdm H4h Headlights

Sup all. I noticed a couple people have HIDs in the jdm h4h housings....I have a 94 Acura Legend GS, with the jdm headlights that use h4h bulbs. I was about to do my install of both jdms and HIDs at the same time, and I have questions if you guys can help.

I am installing the Autolamps 9006 6000k HID kit into the jdm 1 piecers. I want to modify the 1 piecer jdm HEADLIGHTS to accept 9006 bulbs so I will have best beam pattern with the beam corrected 9006 and wont have to worry about modding the HID bulbs now or later. If the jdm headlight is modified to accept 9006 bulbs, then any future HIDs or bulb replacements will be just plug-n-play.

So for this I need to use the bulb base/harness from a usdm headlight, and put that into my jdms correct? What exactly is the base/harness, what does it look like, how exactly do I remove / install it ?

Then I just need to grind down the tabs on the base of the 9006 HID bulbs to get them to fit into the jdm housings, and plug them directly into the newly installed 9006 base in my jdms, that was take out of usdms, It doesn't sound that hard....anyone who's done this......is that how you did it? If not, how?

I also need to know how to do all the wiring, relays, which lights will work when, etc....for just installing the jdm headlights, besides the HIDs. I would like stock my GS fogs (small fogs in bumper), HID low beam, and jdm h3 fog to work all at the same time......if not possible, then just HID low beam and GS stock fogs...and maybe h3 as high beam, meaning turns on with high beam lever.

I also need some parts....need ONE usdm 9006 bulb base/harness from usdm Acura Legend ...or whatever it is that I need to make the 9006 fit into my jdms. And also need the rubber weatherstripping trim piece that goes around the top of the headlight and down the corner on the jdms.

Please help me in any way you can guys.
Thanks alot, I really appreciate it!

If anyone knows what I need to find out, please post here and e-mail me, I check e-mail much more often than the forums though.

This is a pretty old post and I don't know if anyone else answered your questions regarding this however I've completed a DIY for the HID and JDM install. I'll post it later tonight and you can see how to do the headlight mod.

Thanks,
