Go to the thread "polishing headlights," I believe it was started by SpeedDemon.. I followed his procedure with amazing results-
I highly recommend it.

Are the one piece headlight lenses made of the same materials as our USDM headlights? Don't want to make the headlight any worste. Can I substitute the Meguiars's plastic cleaner with another brand of plastic scratch remover/cleaner? They all work the same don't they?

I'd assume that they are made out of plastic even though I don't have any. That's all that matters. I know that the EDM ones are made out of glass, so this won't work on them. Good luck!
