i got the solution to creaking poly ingall camber kits
ok i bouht a set of polyurathane ingalls and after i installed them they were loud as hell creaking over every bump so i started looking at them and comparing them to the stock ones and relized that there is way to much poly on the ingalls that is totally useless and its the exact reason way they squeek. To correct this problem u need to sand down the poly on eathier side so that the metal tube extends further the the poly this allows it to fit onto the a arm just like the stock one does, which has no rubber at all in this area. heres a pic of one thats been sanded down.
the result is a great ride of poly with no creaking/squeeking at all and forever.
