Thanx everyone for your response. I have not checked out the forum since my ride is broke!!! I am looking to part out my old one and buy a newer one. I know I should not try to sell parts on this page but I am selling parts off my 91L. The top end is in good shape but I cracked the block when the diff blew up. So if anyone needs parts from the coil packs to the heads I have them in good condition. Its a shame that this forum might be shut down. Thanx for the info, thats why I love this forum so much. Every problem I had with my Legend, you guys steered me in the right direction.
Bring the VIN number to any Honda or Acura dealer, keyblanks are couple bucks each and cutting is usually free.
+2 I hear prices of blanks and cutting varies, usually $2-3 for the key, free cutting, some people I heard paid at MOST $12 for a new key. They look up your VIN, it corresponds to a 4 digit number that calls for a certain cut. I paid $1.58 for my key. Registration for the car probably needed only by the dealerships who are very by-the-book, most dealerships won't bother

Not true all dealers are required to ask for registration after some incidents. I mean think about it you could go look in the windshield of any acura get the VIN and go to Acura and get a key cut lol they are not going to hand you a key with just a VIN number.

Delray didn't ask for my registration. They're proabably "required" to ask, but how many employees really care?

How long did it take you to get stuff from Delray?? I order some stuff about 9 days ago now and I have yet to receive a tracking # for it, they are supposed to email you and let you know if its on backorder wtf?? I have gotten 2 of my AOA packages sense I ordered the Delray one and both of those had stuff they had to order from Honda america

I've ordered from them a few times and I've always gotten the packages pretty quickly. I only live about 3 hours away so shipping is fast. What does it say on the Order Status page?
Hey, I ordered a fuel filter and a few bolts from Delray Acura a few weeks ago. The bolts needed to be ordered from Acura directly, so it took a few extra days to get to Delray Acura. I never got tracking number, but it did arrive 8-10 days from ordering, just because the bolts I ordered took that long to get to Delray before they could ship.
Also, the registration is probably a requirement, and maybe MOST dealers require it, but my local dealership didn't require a registration, they don't care apparently for an 18 year old car. Yes someone can take my VIN from my dash, get a key, and steal it, but from where I'm from, no one would do that to a 18 year old car.
I dont have it registered right now. My title should be good enough right? I will goto a Acura dealer in my area and show them the title. I should be alright then.
