I need a mechanic BAD.............

My mechanic told me it's to much trouble to do my 3.5 swap , i called around town to see if a shop could do it for, no luck, all the shops tell me i need more stuff than i need or charges way to much. it there anybody from the forum in vegas or have any contacts to a shop that will do this swap for me?

p.s. the cheepest a shop wants to charge me is $2,650 for labor
and i still have to pick up my engine for $650.00 and my TII Tranny for $350.00 Can anyone help me? And i live in a condo so i cant do this swap at my house.

Keep calling around, somebody will be willing to do it. Did you try checking the local performance shops to see if they knew anybody?

Do you have people out there that can help at least maybe not family but freinds you can trust even if space is not an option you might be able to rent a old storage unit that has electricity (worse case scenario) but then your time is only based upon teh ability to pay for the storage provided you can find an owner of one willing to rent one out for that purpose, find a messy one with decent security.

The dealer's always been really fair with me. 7000 W Sahara.

Another place that came highly recommended by Jeff (full_stealth) is where he used to have his Legend coupe 6-speed worked on.

That is incredibly low. Post his contact info if the job goes well, I'd like it for future I'm in vegas enough for work I might be able to use his services.
