Man, im in the same perdicament as you, I gotta get an alignment so bad. I get mines done at Sears for about $50 or $60 and the good thing about it is that you can come in as many times within 6 months to get an alignment done.

I had mine done at pep-boys for $49.99. I got to see the specs before and after so I know it was done. My car still drifts to the right though, go figure.

I think its supposed to drift slightly to the right (assuming you are on the right side of the crown on the road).

It should drift slightly to the right when you are on the right side of the road and slightly to the left when you are on the left side of the road (like when you are in the passing lane of a 1 way street or left lane of a separated highway). This means that if you are driving on pavement that is perfectly flat (or if you drove in the exact middle of the road) you would be going straight.

The problem with setting up your alignment so that you travel in a straight line when on the right side of the crown on the road is that if/when you were to go onto the left side of the road the car would dift badly to the left (and into a guardrail or oncoming traffice etc)....

....this is just my thinking anyway.....
