LS version of your car came in leather I think.

Any GS version of the car has leather.

You can buy after market leather re-upholstery pieces for your cloth also.

No need to use seats from another kind of car. The Legends besides base models came with leather. As mentioned you can either order new skins or buy some seats from a junk yard.

As noted above, all 91-95 Legend sedans will bolt up directly. Most Legends have leather seats.

+1^, Leatherseats and Katzkin sell aftermarket complete leather "kits"
for about $600. An automobile upholstery shop will charge about $1500
for a similar kit installed. Several forum members have done the install
themselves with excellent results. Here is a link:

Thumbs up

Never seen a thread like this. My car is cloth and it still looks showroom new. Can't tell you how many cars I've seen where the leather is all ripped up and the owner thinks he has a museum piece. Stick with the cloth and clean it up once a year with an upholstery machine.

New Acura Legend owner

I see that you requested info on replacing your cloth seats for leather. My 91 coupe has leather seats and I may be willing to make a trade. I live in Ohio but drive to Illinois often. What is the color and condition of the seats and are our seats compatible...91 two door..gold with tan interior? If you are interested, I will send a link to a site where I bought the car so you can see the exact color of the seats.

This will not work on the sedan the seat belt don't attach to the side of the seat like in the coupe!
