Just installed Koni sport kit - is the height correct? - pics added

OK, I just installed the Koni sport kit and coming from stock 119k blown struts, I have to say the ride is mediocre. Not quite what I expected but what do you do now...

My main question is the ride height as I think that may be partly why it's so stiff. The car with blown struts and worn springs sat higher than the Koni kit at two full fingers off the front stock height tires. The Koni kit sits with barely enough room to get two fingers in on the front and about the same on the rear. I left the front struts on the heighest clip for height and the back on the middle. Should the car be sitting this low? I really didn't want the car this low and HATE the look like the tires are about to tuck in.

I left the shocks on full soft so I didn't figure that would be the reason the car rides so stiff. I think it's just that it sits so low...

HELP

The Koni kit does lower the car and the stiffness is contributed by a combination of both the dampening and the spring rate.

'sport kit' would normally indicate that the springs will be firmer than OEM ones, and the springs apparently drop the car 30mm, so your car is going to be lower regardless. if you want to sell them, dibs!

Dude! it's a Koni SPORT kit not a Koni STOCK kit, it's meant to give the car a lower profile.

Have to agree here, if you wanted OEM, should have bought OEM.

Give me a little credit here..... I knew it was going to lower it and hardly expected it to be OEM (considering it states 1.1in lower height ) just didn't expect it to look this low...

I understand the kit was intended to lower the car, I just didn't expect it to be this low on the heighest perch in front.

Regardless, it's a little low for my tastes. I'll have to live with it though cause I'm not going through the installation again...

Share some pics, I want to see how it turned out. I'm sure it looks good.

From your description, the height is correct for a 1.1" drop.

Yeah, it looks ok. Like I said, a little low in the front, but I'm sure it will grow on me...

I see what you mean now. I'm surprised they dropped that much. Doesent the Legend have like 3 inches of gap from the factory?
