looks good. but does look kinda too low for the highest perch. maybe the shock just needs to be broken in. but looks good.

oh the irony!

Looks good....now just lower the back a tad and it will be righteous

Yeah, it looks ok. Like I said, a little low in the front, but I'm sure it will grow on me...

I went with the Koni kit because I figured an inch from stock wouldn't be too bad and the stock springs were too costly to replace with OEM's. However, the you feel every single little bump in the car and it rides about the same as blown struts and worn springs or worse.

The kit will be for sale sooner or later, I just haven't decided which route to go yet. This confirms I don't like a legend lowered....

Did you just get Koni struts or Konis struts and some kind of springs?

If you did not get springs to complement the lowered stance of the struts of course you will feel everything, since there is only 1/2 of the proper damping. To illustrate this crystal clear for you imagine this:

You have a S-10 Blazer
You lower it by adding the "drop blocks" and the smaller shocks, but leave the same springs (OEM). (If you know where I am going stop me...but don't since we are not in real time )

The truck will sit lower. The shocks will lower the truck. There is nothing to keep the truck at the proper stance, correct damping/rebound, etc....why? These things are engineered to work together....its like eating a hamburger without the bread.....just meat, cheese, pickles, ketchup and mayo. NO bread. Gets kind of messy, doesn't it? Because it was meant to have bread to keep it all in place. Lowering springs need lowering shocks to complement and give the proper enhancement. You would be better off cutting the springs if you are not going all the way, imho. Good luck man.

Question, if I keep the Koni struts and swap out the the springs with OEM, will that raise the car back up or will it still sit low due to the perch settings on the shock?

With the fronts set on the upper perch and the rears on the middle perch, the car will be back up to stock height on stock springs.
