The entire grill on the rear deck (for sedan owner) just pops out. There are tabs in the back holding it in place and small pegs in the front that are held in place by these silly little plastic retainers (which inevitably break as soon as you pull the cover off so I suggest convincing your dealer to purchase new ones for you before attempting cover removal unless you're ok with a little extra vibration going on back there.)
To remove the lid, I use a flat head screw driver between the plastic base and the cloth lid and pry straight up from the front. It should just pop right up and out. The fronts can probably be done without removing the door panel but the only way I'm aware of to easily remove them is to remove the door skin, straighten the tabs that hold the covers in place and they should come right out.

Yes you can. I did that with mine. All I used was Tide. I soaked it for a few minutes and all the dirt came right off.
