Keyless Entry???

Someone on Ebay is offering a keyless entry fob for a 91-95 Legend. Was that an option that was available in '91 and '92? I know the later models had it but I didn't think the early Gen2 models had it. Anybody???

It optional for all 91-95 Legends regardless of trim, no legends came with it standard.

What does it require and (the BIG question) is it easy to install?

It is easy to install if you had the ENTIRE keyless entry kit. That would include the remotes, the brain, and the wire harness and instructions. The complete kit would have all the harness to interface with the OEM alarm and door locks. If the seller is selling just the remotes, DON"T buy it. If he is selling the complete kit, make sure he has ALL the wire harness and also the two single wires with male or female (I foget which) pins that will be needed to insert into black slots on the OEM security module. The instructions would tell you which slots. If he doesn't have these then DON'T buy it.

Hey thanks, Chris. How about aftermarket kits such as the Commando. Do these things just plug in to my car somewhere (like under the driver's seat or something) and do they work as well as the Acura system?
