Leak Behind Camshaft Pulley?

I've been lurking around since I bought my 94 L about 3 weeks ago. Since then I've learned about many common problems and repaired several. I appreciate that there are competent and helpful people around here.

Right now I'm working on a radiator replacement (cracked at throttle cable mount) along with hoses, thermostat, temp sensor, Honda coolant....

So after taking a close look at the WP and Tbelt (both appear original at 125k) I noticed what appears to be an oil leak behind the camshaft pulley....though it looks wet, it is hardened and glossy. My questions are:

1) Do I need to replace my camshaft seals too?
2) Is there a DIY for this or the TBelt (WP should be easy)
3) Should I get a special tool to break the crankshaft loose?

So in addition to the cooling system stuff, I'll be doing WP, TB, Tensioner, and accessory belt over the long weekend....if anyone is around, I'd appreciate any tips or items not to forget. Thanks.

If you're seeing a hardened black substance in the vicinity of the driver's side cam pulley, it's most likely from the cam sensor. The sensor uses an "epoxy" of some sort that seems to melt down over time and run down the head/block. If that's what you're seeing, it's normal and nothing to worry about.

Here's a link to some pics.

Engine Problem, Maybe?
