Leaking near to A/C compresor

i have a BIG problem...

Today i took off timming belt cover to see my TB-what condition it is. So one of the screw fall down and stopped in the down cover of engine. So i have decided to take it off... and all horror has started. I saw a quite big amount of some substance on the cover... it was green and it's consistency was like water-i tasted it and it was for sure coolan :/ I can observe it on the AC compressor leaking down on the cover... it was the first time i saw it. I got dry all of that wet area and i start engine and turned on AC - there was NO leak any more. I didn't install that engine cover and i will check it tomorrow for leaks. I'm really SAD

Could you imagine me what it could be? Water pump is leaking? maybe you hadalso similar situation?

Maybe there isnormal when Legend stands lot of time not used?

I count on your help.... i'm really nervous now :/

Did you run the car until the fan went on?

Just wanted to make sure you got it warmed up so that it would have normal pressure in the system. I've seen a couple of leaks that didn't leak until the t-stat opened.

what fans have to do with pressure?

If there is working temperature(one degree belowe middle) there is pressure in the radiator without changing while fans on or off. I think so.

When the fan comes on it is just an easy way to know that the cars cooling system is close to normal operating temp.

it's true. Bu it's hard to do because there is -20C degree :/ so temp needle is in proper condition but fan doesn't turn on. In summer there were no problems with fans.

So the point is that pressure is the same when engine has working temperature with fans and without fans.
