use some soft scrub (non bleach), then rinse, and apply some leather conditioner

people who have used soft scrub, how does your rag / paper towel / whatever you use look like when you use it? Black / dark colored? I think soft scrub might be rubbing off the blue die from my leather seats.

well it's only suggested that you use softscrub if you have tan leather.

I used Turtlewax leather cleaner wipes. They had conditioner in them, and worked pretty well. It depends on how bad your leather is, mine is in pretty good condition, so it was basically just cleaning the surface dirt.

I used Meguirs Cleaner/Conditioner with a soft terry cloth cotton towel. It left my dry seats very cracked and worse looking (but softer). So, I would NOT suggest it.

BTW: My interior is Taupe.

I don't know about using soft scrub on darker leather, but when I cleaned my light colored leather the towel was CAKED with dirt it had picked up off of the seat.

I used Lexol on my seats and they came out clean and soft but it left it kind of slick.
