my engine compartment is dirty what would be the best way to clean it and make all the parts shine

also about how much is it to redo he leather on the seats and is there any way to remove the molding from the doors to paint them white since mine are originally black, and is a junkyard a good place to find original replacement floor mats, thanks alot
