Thumbs up Make your Leather Smell like Leather Again!

I have found the best conditioner for the leather in our cars. I used this on my 95 GS and it is incredible. Gave it back that supple feeling and it smelled awesome. Can you guess...........

http://www.griotsgarage.com/catalog....1006&SKU=11535

Use the leather rejuvenator on really cracked leather, but I only used the interior cleaner and the conditioner. I also got the spray that smells like leather but the conditioner worked great smelling things up on its own.

Just a note for those who love leather and the smell of it. I DO!

Sounds like it's worth a try. My leather actually has no cracks, but it is harder in some places due to the sun over the years. Did it soften up the leather at all? I want to find something that does that. Is there anything?

I found that the leather got a little softer since it became more tacky to my pants and shirt. You will not slide around in the leather anymore since it softens so well. The thing that I do not know is how long it holds up. I put it on when the weather was cold, and I would say that it would soak in better if it were much warmer or in direct sunlight and get the leather pores to open up. Mabey put a heater in the car or turn the seat heaters on.

Still smells good, I just opened it for the first time in a week and the car smells great! And if it diminishes, there is always the spray!

Use it if you're leather is in real bad shape... the griots kit is better in my opinion for those whose leather is in good condition and if you want to keep it that way...

anyone tried the leatherite kit, mine is pretty decent, just a little rough at the driver side front seat.

I used the Griot's leather rejuvenator about 6 wks ago and it worked well, especially on a section of the upper seatback which has been baked by UV. Significant difference after three back-to-back applications.
