MANUAL TRANNY NEUTRAL SWITCH DISCONNECTION?

how do you disconnect these suckers, one of the washers is leaking oil so i needa swap it out. Do i just pull the black part and then unbolt it with a wrench?

lol, i was confused cause i thought maybe the black rubber is not just a cover but a connector. didnt know for sure if it was suppose to come out as one piece

oh, the transmission was out of the car at the time.

I never had any leaks from my manual transmissions. I never had to mess with that part.

its wierd how this just started after i did the drain and fill of the old fluid.
