Anyways so i was driving down a road (75) and was making a left turn onto a side street, I had a green arrow and was following a line of cars, everyone else had a red light, so as I was going I saw a car coming at me, and they were really far away, so I was like okay, they will stop for red light for sure, (it's a long distance) but they didn't and after I realized that I was like, shit they aint stopping so I GUNNED It and instead of getting T -Boned I got clipped on the side, my rear bumper flew off the car and my quarter panel got owned, here are some pics of the damage, i am afraid of frame damage. Worst part is, after other driver got out she claims to have had a green light and "she just wishes other people would follow the rules" for anyone who is interested, it was an Asian Woman who crashed my car, both of us came out fine, btw she was travelling like 50 mph... but i still dont want to lose my car, Who thinks my car is totalled and why and what are my options? Please help me out, I dont want to lose my car. Also worth noting is that there was a witness and cops showed up right away and it was deemed 100% her fault and the report was filed that very hour, (cops in our area have laptops in their cars!)

BTW 1995 Legend L Sedan Cashmere Silver (136,XXX miles)

well that kind of damage, probably not, yesterday when we talked it sounded like it the car was all smashed up, from how you described it.

did u call her insurance co?

also, my buddies shop can most likely take care of the repair work, after its estimated, Tell the insurance co, you have a body shop u'd like the car fixed at. I'll get in contact with him and let him know what the deal is, they probably be able to fix it for cheaper the what the insurance so gives you, and fix some of your rust while they are at it

It all depends if the frame is damaged..if not then your safe. New bumper painted- 400 max (i know a guy who does fantastic paint work for cheap (know him through work)) I can get you hooked up with him if u find a bumper. Just make sure to check the frame
