Looking good, but what's the big deal? Mine look almost identical, and it cost me $12

Well first off that’s stainless steel mesh it won’t rust, the grill itself is made out of high quality composite material. It’s lighter and stronger than the stock grill, also when its painted it’s wider and more aggressive looking than the stock grill, also it gets rid of the chrome like the GS grill. I wanted to replace my chrome grill, the mesh was a bonus. The car is the sum of its parts, I wouldn’t feel right going to home depot for chicken wire or gutter guard. Not to disparage the average home depot mesh grill, but why would you buy a armani suit when a men’s warehouse suit looks almost as good and costs so much less. Or how about fake nikes? they look the same. Its all about exclusivity and overall quality. Well nike is a bad example of that lol.

although the thickness of the tradition grille isn't as thick as the civic si grill, I'm thinking that the paint will still possibly chip away if a bunch of rocks hit it from head on. (the worst case scenario)

you gonna let me have your tradition sticker? hehe

nope, since that grill goes on when i get my big paint job/ body work done. I only want to paint it once, and I have not made up my mind about the color.

nope im busy at school and right now im focusing on non visual mods. Because of where i park my car every day. I am however working on my suspension. I will do a write up when the JIC's are installed. And hopefully i will have my MLS soon too. I just got a chip and it is awesome!
