Need help for some information about a part

I am not sure what is the name of this part. I know there are three sort of plastic grills on our front bumper. I am not talking about the metallic grill with Acura emblem. I also got a picture so that I can show what part I am talking about (the red harness).

After I parked my car today, it was gone. I don't know what happened.
Does any one have some idea where to get this part? I will try the dealer tomorrow if it is still open.

By the way, the picture is not my car. I got it online.

Right fog light cover for a '94-95 bumper. Try the dealer or a junkyard.

either your fog light cover fell out or someone jacked it.
