Need Info for Rack & Pinion

need info on my rack & pinion it leaks on the passenger side and i know its just a seal. is it rebuildable by me or do i have to pony up the dough for a totaly rebuilt one at auto zone for 374.99$ core charge 100$. or O'reilly for 269.99 core 125 core . i'm not going to support their crack habit there has to be something cheaper.

Just checked with an Acura dealer they have 2 kits for the rack & pinion one is 25$ and the other is 75$ niether of which come with the boots. didn't ask how much they were but shouldn't be too bad i wouln't think.
