Need Machine Shop in NJ to bore and mill rims

What's up forum members, I need a machine shop here in NJ that will bore and mill some rims for me. If anyone knows a spot in the north jersey area (preferably extremely close to Jersey City) get at me here with the quickness! Let me know prices for this too!

Secondly, does anyone know the most a rim can be milled? I am looking for a +4mm difference. For example, I am doing 18x7.5 with a 225/40/18 tire. I do not plan on lowering the car so I want at least a +42 offset to go from my current +38. Any suggestions? Oh, and I have looked at the following thread:

Another 18 inch wheel and tire question

If these questions can be answered, it would be great! Thanks!
