No normal sound in my engine

Sounds like a failing tensioner to me. However, the best trick is to take a small funnel, attach a hose to the end, then use it as a stethoscope to pin point the noise.

Sounds like timing belt tensioner but could be water pump.

I watched on my phone so I might be not hearing correctly. Sounds like low power steering fluid or the pump is failing.

I have kind of the same noise. Not as high pitched as yours. Mine is a more of a hum. I am losing power steering fluid, but not to much or to fast.

The noise I was having was my alternator. I swapped it out and no more noise. I had no battery light, but did have dimming lights and my heater fan would get really quiet. After revving the engine everything would go back to normal.
