Second Generation Legend (1991-1995)

View Poll Results: Which item best describes your position on the development of parts for the Legend?
I will gladly donate money to any future Legend parts development project knowing that said projects will be attempted to be made but may not get made due to the aftermarket companies willingness. My money may be spent on a failed project, but I don't mind since any parts that do get made will benefit all Legend owners. 9 21.95%
I want parts made for the Legend, but I don't really care how or who gets them made. I just want to buy the final product when it comes out. 21 51.22%
I don't care for any aftermarket parts for the Legend, so anyone who spends or donates any money to Legend aftermarket parts are just wasting money. 2 4.88%
I want parts made for the Legend, so I will use my own money for development cost and get them made to benefit everyone. I do not expect any profit from this nor any help. I'll do it because I'm just a nice guy. 9 21.95%

im actually pretty poor, so it depends on how much we are talking about and what product it is that needs the researching. say for instance the tilt, i would gladly pay $20. if it were a turbo or supercharger, i would donate $100-200. if it were a short shifter kit i would not get involved because have an auto. i mean, if i could donate more i would, but im just a high school kid working at the local supermarket.

This is really not intended to see how much money can be generated or who can spend what. It really is a poll to see where the mindset of Legend owners are in the community today. If we made this poll 5 years ago I bet 1 and 4 would get the majority. That was the mistake I made when I assumed it was still that way when I gave Mike and Graeme my opinion about charging the $20. Obviously this is no longer the case so I just want to see where we are at today. Nobody is expected to donate anything. I just want to see what people would do if they could.

This came up because some people were saying what they would have done given the same situation that Mike and Graeme was in. People keept talking about sharing and helpnig the community with open hearts. Now lets see how true that really was. I understand people can skew the poll, but its better than nothing I think.

I put #3....But I don't think people would be wasting their money, this is something they may like to do....Don't get me wrong tho, I like CAI and the tilt, and possibly a chip, but that is enough for me, I don't need anything else.

i just peeked at the poll cause i voted #4...what the worrllll. #2 got big votes. You are right Chris, the mindset has changed...it's no longer about being the leaders...it about buying stuff throwin it on the car, and selling it when they have had enough, Legend enthusiasm is gone well it's now weak.

Hence i am still *points to signature*
