Problem with stock radio shutting off

Hey guys.

I am wondering if somebody can help me diagnose this problem or maybe someone has seen the same behavior before.

A few months ago my stock Bose head unit would just shut off while i was driving. Then it would come back on at random times and shut back off at random as well.

I know for sure that it is not loosing power because the settings are not lost. I also noticed that when it shuts off the cigarette lighter AC plug under the radio looses power as well. That would indicate that Accessory connection is not working.

Is there anything I should check on? I don't see any loose wires or connections. I replaced my ignition harness last year but I don't see how I could mess up only the connection that goes to the Radio and cigarett lighter.

Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

The problem turned out to be a bad connection in ignition harness. I replaced it last year and the new plug didn't click in very well, I guess. I wiggled it a little and it looks like it set in properly now. Problem solved.
