Do you have problems seeing the screen during the day?
Also, does it flush mount in our double din using the factory bracket?
Or, did you have to buy another bracket to mount it?

Sweet car, man.

yea the screen is hard to see during the day. hopefully soon i will have a backlight upgrade so its 800-1000nits. perfectly daylight viewable. but that will probably be a while until a kit is available for me to get.

i don't know exactly how the flushmount is going to go. i don't have the bracket or bezel yet. it is currently being shipped to me. its made specifically for the screen i have. i dont know exactly how its going to fit either. i'l have to test it out and see what i have to do. i'll keep you guys up on it tho hopefully it shows up monday or tuesday for me to work on!

thing is, i haven't spent too much money on mine aside from the carPC and the intake. the rest is just a lot of elbow grease and the TLC this car deserves.

next on my list is to flush the coolant. i'm a little over on the 30k maintenance and i am going to baby this thing for the rest of its life. No BHG for me! should i do the flush myself or should i pay for it to be done? i live at an apartment but have access to my parents garage/driveway.

Can't wait for the final install. I'm sure it will have a very OEM look.
Suggest you flush the system yourself... very easy! Shortcut: unplug the coolant hose next to the oil drain bolt, you can drain 100% of the system from it.

The flush is REALLY easy, and it gives you an excuse to drive it around after each flush

That carPC interface you made up turned out really awesome. Glad you got it installed relatively easily too.

I'm in awe.

I love my new i35, but there's nothing to do to it! Atleast the Legend had some really nice mods you could do, but the i35 has so many features already-not much left to do.

I miss my Leggy
