So I go to Sears, I request that they mount and balance the new wheels onto the coupe.

Anyway all goes well, they pull the coupe out, I go in and pay. I walk out to the car, and open the door, and the door does'nt open all the way! I think to myself, the fender's bent, and sure enough, it looked like somebody kicked the driver's side fender in.

I go back in to the manager and point out the damage to her, and everybody who works there is gathered around talking about "I dunno how that got there, sure it wasn't like that already??" I let them know that it definitely wasn't like that before, so she tells me to take it to whatever bodyshop I want to and get an estimate, and they'll pay it.

I'm still kind of

though. But it all worked out in my favor in the end.

One of my girlfriends had kind of the similar incident.

She brought her car in for an oil change. When she came back, the door was crushed!

Some idiot backed her car out of the garage with the DOOR OPEN! So the door hit a concrete pillar in REVERSE!

The shop had her car door replaced and repainted and she didn't like how the car paint didn't match. so she made them paint it over again. I think the whole duration took over 2 weeks!
