Replacing my 93 legend coupe for a 99RL is this a big change?

I am getting a RL premium package with 101,000 for $8,000. It's a one owner and I hope this is a good deal. The car is in great condition, and has all service records. I love my legend and I feel like the RL is nice but lacks in sportiness. My legend needs body work ans has been totaled by the insurance company.

It's a change as far as everything. Bigger car, probably wont have rattles, you wont be staring at the temp guage. New parts so, you could actually save some money. Things like that..
