Is this the right part (window mechanism)?

Sorry, I know this has been addressed 939577 times, but I'm a total n00b when it comes to car parts and I don't know any specifics, so I need to make sure.

My problem is... this is how my passenger side front door's window mechanism looks like:

You can see that the major part of it is broken off (red arrow), but the motor is intact.
I must be out of luck today, but this part isn't very common on eBay or anywhere else.
I did find THIS AUCTION however, but it's vague. Will that work for a 1995 SE sedan?
If not, does anyone know where else can I find what I need? I gather I need a window regulator, is that right?

Well this was a first; the tracks separating from the sector gear. Yes, you need a new regulator. Application is 1991-95. Used to retail for around $95 (LT) and $82 (RT).
