shake going into gear

hey i seem to have this problem for my 91 legend auto when i start up the car and go to reverse or drive the car kinda shakes really hard i don't know what it is can any one help?

Do you feel and hear a thud or thunk when you shift from park to reverse or to drive? If so, check the tranny mount. the're a known issue with the Legend autos. While your at it, check the engine mounts also.

I have a hard Thud and your probably right it does feel like the tranny mount, thanks
