damn that sounds like a big job ? Would it be economical to just put in a newer engine?

dangerous?

hi everybody, i just changed my spark plugs yesterday and I noticed a good amount of oil on 2 of the spark plugs, and the other 4 only had a little bit at worst. I was wondering is there any danger to this, for example maybe if the spark ignites and the oil catches fire? I hope it doesn't sound dumb, but basically my question is can this go untreated? thanks

No it should not go untreated, oil leaking onto your spark plugs is never a good thing. Suggest you change or have someone change the valve cover gasket along with the tube seals as discussed above.
