Sylvania Silverstar Bulbs

I purchased these bulbs over the weekend, and prior to that I had the phillips Bluevision which to me sucked. But these Silverstars are definately great bulbs and I noticed that visibility with these bulbs definately increased. I Just wanna know what kind of corner bulbs do you guys recommend that'll either match these or at least come very close to these bulbs? I plan on getting some bulbs this week for the corner lamps and bumper lights so let me know what kind of bulbs you guys use if you have the Silverstar bubls.
Thanks

I have PIAA Xtreme low beams and I first bought the Xtreme corner bulbs but they were too blue and didn't match. I took them back and got the PIAA SuperWhite Platinums and they match alot better. they are a nice bright white.

The Silverstars are whiter than the PIAA Xtreme's, but not by too much. I'd try the PIAA SuperWhite's if I were you.

The picture below is with Silverstars ont he left car and my PIAA Xtreme's on the right with my Superwhite corners. you can't really see the color of the corner lights well in this piture though. I hope this helps!

Silverstars are nice for sure. I have put them in my family's Jeep and Excursion. They may even go into our M3 next.... Personally though, I say stop wasting money on expensive halogens and just buy a set of HID's .

OK, I am gonna try the PIAA SuperWhite Platinums in my corners.
How many bulbs can be replaced in the front if you don't count the high and low beams.
What bulb fits ? ... does it have a model # ? ( I know low beams are 9006)
What wattage should I get so I will get bright white but wont fry my wires ?

Thanks

i just put in silverstar with 9005 conversion. They are great, bright, and white.
Love them!! however, compare with real HID, silverstar does not have enough light output. Before i get real HID kit, i am happy with it for now. Cus they are very + they are cheap now with $10 rebate..

9005 conversion will not last!! the bulbs will die out quickly as they are not intended to be your standard low beams.

I used 9005 sylvania cool blue bulbs in my low beams for a while before converting back to 9006 because one burnt out after 2 months of use. Plus the 9005 doesn't improve the viewing distance and it creates bright spots in the field of vision. I didn't like the conversion and don't recommend it.

Gotta say, just as all others who have done it - GET HID!!
