Temp gauge keeps going hot

It's problem after problem I just did a engine swap now my 92 legend temp gauge goes to the h what could be the problem?

It depends on how quickly it goes to 'H'. First of course is to make sure you filled the cooling system and bled it correctly. Assuming the temp gage goes there immediately then you have a bad temp sending unit (next to the throttle body under the fuel rail cover) or problem with its wire.

Also make sure your fans are coming on, What ever you do, Don't drive it like this. Turn it off soon as it goes to H.
