Tire wear
I have my car droped with H&Rs and konis on the lowest perch in front and in back middle. If i get racing harts with 42+ offset with 225s I will have to run negative camber, how long will the tires last if i rotate em every 4K miles or so.

Depending on the negative camber and the treadwear rating on the tires, say about 3-4 months. A 160 rated tire will not last as long as a 300 treadwear tire.
Not worth it in my opinion.

I have talked with hoody, used to own a coupe with 18 inch racing harts. He had the konis on a normal setting and just slightly outta spec for camber. He told me I could easily get 20-30K on them if I rotated them. And the thing is I really love the C2s.

Hmmm......, OK if you rotate the tires, you might be able to get somewhere about 20k miles on the tires, depends on what tires first though.
And, my term of rotating is, removing the tires from the wheels, and put the previously inside ridden (used by camber), to the outside, so you will kinda balanced the camber wear on both outside and inside of the tires. This is mostly for highway driving, but if you do a lot of twisties, the negative camber wear is not that siginificant. I still remember when I used my P7000 to go to South Dakota, etc. Passing those little twisties road, the wear on my front tires are about equal on both outside and inside. So, yes, you can survive the camber wear, but you need to do an expensive rotation once in a while. |

i would assume you had directional tires? how would that still work?

Yes, most probably you wil have directional tires. That is why the tire need to be removed from the rims, so you can put the previously worn by camber side to the outside (face side of the rims), so it won't be used by camber that much. By doing that correctly, you can balance out the camber wear and prolong the tire life.
