Question Transmission Fluid

I misplaced my 92 legends manual. Which place should the transmission fluid be leveled on the Dip Stick for Safe and Normal operation of the transmission. Give all decriptions. Thanks :p

In the middle of the box. If its a drain and refill then use 3.5 quarts of Honda atf.

ditto, any where in the middle of the box, but when the legend is at full operating tempreture and driven for a while, shut the legend off and it should be barely touching the top of the box. You get a better reading when the motor is off and warm for the tranny.

What box, do you mean the engraved rectangle thing? Is this what the manual say? My fluid level goes all the way up to the wire past the dipper, and i have notices weird shifting, will i need to let some out?

Yes Yes Yes

Way to much in there bad for tranny. Go to the drain plug for the tranny, Let it drain, put plug back on and fill 3.5 honda fluid only. Should sit in between the little engraved box on dip stick.
