Type II JDM Engine in regular Legend LS Coupe?

Hey all, I'm wondering if a JDM Legend Type II engine would be involved with complications or not, as my Legend is american (or Canadian I guess) and is a 1992 Acura Legend Coupe LS.

I just got approved at the bank to purchase the engine but I just want to see if it's the right way to go for my coupe.

I'm thinking in my head that it doesn't matter at all, but I want to prepare to get this done. I found a Type II engine on a Canadian JDM importer site, for around $945 with 35-45k on it. Thanks in advance for any tips or suggestions, I just want to make sure, 100% sure that this is the right engine for me.

Update: I just found this one which is $100 cheaper than the link above:

I would go 3.5, there have been bad reviews for that company. That picture is not the engine you would receive. The engine would work with modification but why risk getting a bad engine then have to pay to send it back?

I think that would be extremely cool for a bigger engine but, from looking at this guide "DIY: Install a 3.5 RL engine in your 91-95 Acura Legend":
DIY: Install a 3.5 RL engine in your 91-95 Acura Legend - HondaSwap Forums

I'm not sure if regular mechanic could do it, but what do you think?. It says in the guide all these extra parts are required so.. would I have to hunt those parts down, give my mechanic this guide, and hope for the best?. Or am I blowing this out of proportion?.

Also, what is by far the best Canadian JDM Import company?, if JDMTigerJapanese.com is not that great?.

The JDM motors bolt in but you have to strip yours down and swap over pretty much all the intake and emissions parts. JDM motors have no egr, different wiring, sensors, etc..
Labour will be 15-20 hours by the time it's done.

It's not as bad as it seems, plenty of members have DIY their own 3.5. The hardest part is getting the mount made. (Unless you know a welder locally.) I know Matt/Sr5guy does the 94-95 mount. I'm not sure who does the 91-93.

I have been looking at Jdm out of NJ for a engine and tranny to have on stand by. The website says it guarantees the parts as long as it is professionally installed. I was going to have my friends do it but I found a shop who will put the tranny in for 500$
