NOW you're pissed, calling someone a scammer when you made the mistake of not reading the email Paypal sends you when you get a refund.

doesn't sound like this seller is a scammer at all. infact quite the opposite.

When someone wins an auction, that person should get what he/she/it won, not their money back!
A dealer who refunds the money on an auction after it ends instead of delivering the goods is a scammer!

I wouldn't say that. If they relist it, yeah, they're a scammer. If they broke it, realized they listed the wrong part, etc, they're not a scammer, they're honest. Granted, an honest seller will provide a reason, but hey, let it go, man. Thanks for the heads up, though.

and it'll come back round to the seller in some form or fashion.
