when it says 5 by 4.5

is this the rite bolt pattern to find a 92 legend sedan?

yes 5 by 4.5 inches is the same as 5 by 114.3 mm.
make sure the hub center size is correct for the legend as well
legend hub center size is 70.1mm

all depends on which car the wheel was intended to be put on. 70.1 is not universal by any means.
