Good morning. This is my first post. I purchased my 2005 RL two days ago.
This is the fourth Acura 3.5 RL that I have owned. Each of the preceeding three were trouble-free and excellent performers. I got top dollar selling them to individuals and was able to take the proceeds and add very little cash to upgrade to a newer year as a result. In fact, owning them cost less than if I had leased them.

I'm a newbie; just joined today (02/18/05). I decided on "2-Acura Bob" as my screen name, since my wife and I have the 2005 RL above and a 2004 TL (silver/black). Hers is the RL (Merry Christmas, dear!); mine is the TL.
The RL replaces a 2001 Audi A6 2.7T at the (same) constant dollars, but to me a far better car than the Audi (although the Audi did have a "timeless" styling to it that I miss from time to time).

I had four dealers fighting for my check on this awesome car. I traded in a 2003 BMW m3 convertible for this! The bmer was just giving too many headaches.
This is my 2nd acura. First was the 2001 Black/tan MDX my wife now drives.
I just joined up today and hope to get and give a lot of good info on this high tech masterpiece we all drive.

Sup everyone. I recently leased an 05 RL. I think I might be one of the youngest member to get the RL. Anyways... I got the car for $5700 down and $399 plus tax a month for 3 years. I'm loving the car. I used to own an 02 Subaru WRX very heavily modified with over 309hp to the wheels but I'd choose this vehicle over the Subaru anyday. BTW, my RL is bone stock but bone stock already comes with everything I want.
