Check the inside of your trunk, maybe where the spare tire sits. You might find your answer. Because everything in those pictures tells me that is from where the spare tire sits. What did you spill in your trunk?

Oh, thank god. The trunk, so its not a tank leak of some type.
Can you think of any explanation of why that hole would be there?

It's there so that when what happened, happens, it ends it where it ended up, instead of a pool in your trunk.

oh, gotcha, so its like a drainage hole of some type.
I removed the spare and there was some residual oil or fluid from I guess a loose container in the trunk, i keep spare quarts in there. none were leaking but mightve been previously, still dosent make sense to me. why now ? gonna check if i missed something, Thank you.

Not adding up here. Nothing was open in the trunk, no containers.
Just want to make sure the hole is supposed to be there before i drive it.
thx

It looks like your rear muffler bearing is leaking. You might want to patch that hole to prevent any damage.

All kidding aside, you should break down what could be back there. Brake lines, nope because thats either a dirty fluid or clear fluid, oil, nope oil is golden brown not green/blue. Coolant from front? Possible but to make it back there in the first place from the engine makes it a near impossibility. The only place it could be is from your trunk.
