Yeah it'll work for both G1 and G2 (and TL too....pretty much anything with a DOuble DIN opening) with some simple modifications for mounting...

On Erik's G1, most of the modification was to the mounting bracket:

i dont like the screws in the front, ill stick to the one inbetween my legs.

oh and for the record, Zeds shifter looks like ass, mine turned out 11393910x better

Fair enough...but there arent screws there....Zed put them in because he didnt like the holes (2 small holes on each side just like a Ford radio...)
