Ok guys I just got back from the gym when I look and see this ad on my computer about slr performance chips, on their website there making pretty high claims about gains in hp and tq. just wanted to know if anybody has used this product or known anyone that has this product....

You'd be better off if you gave me $20 and I kicked you in the balls.

or just give me the full $70.. no balls hurt.

its basically the same thing as the egay chips. (not really a chip)

a real eprom ECU chip is no easy thing to install... requires at least good soldering skill.

from the sound of it "easy install" its probably an IAT hack.

I'm in for 5. That would give me like 200hp right?

Some people like to punish themselves.
There's a lot of foods and things I like to eat that I bet you wouldn't. Force feeding you those items will only (further) traumatize you towards them.

I've only seen a dyno with 5 chips showing a 200hp gain. Proof?

What’s included in the kit:

• 1 SLR Motorsports Performance Chip
• 1 Set of easy to read installation instructions
• 2x Quick connects
• 2x Butt Connectors
• 2x Black zip ties
• 2x Pieces of Velcro

the last 4 things seem a bit odd. all you should need are some screwdrivers and a solder iron.

ACURA INTEGRA 1990-2001
ACURA RL 1996-2008
and then they use the SAME (1 for all integras, 1 for all rls) chip for all those model years... seems pretty sketchy

if youre that curious buy one and dyno it, thats the only way to know for sure, and there IS dyno proven chips available from this forum.

Clearly I was doing the same. These are placebo bullshits. I didn't know people were stupid enough to actually keep these kinds of scams in business.
