im going to be Telion chipped within this week i already have come to terms with the fact i would have to spend more at the pump for more power... but i am thinking that if Master Telion changed the set up it would sacrifice some power for better fuel economy so i would think that it all depends on what everyone, wants power or better fuel consumption, but if we can get both im sure the ecu masters can figure out something to help us guys out
Ps thanks guys for sharing this info cnat wait to see the dyno results

i don't think its that big of a trade off.. if you ever look at the 3.2 vs 3.5 thread i made, when i dyno'd the sr5guys chips and my tuner tried adding more fuel or less fuel via my apexi fuel controller, i actually lost power skewing from the stock fuel map.

I think you're doing an awesome job on this comparison!
It's great to see them not only compared, but compared in-depth--taking the many facets of the performance search into consideration.
I'm just jealous that I can't do the same thing for my car due to the lack of chips out there! =[

That seems to be somewhat of a contradiction... the data provided for SR5's guy seems to be both more powerful and economic than stock though.
i cant wait to see unbiased dynos from both chips running in the same car. then we can finally put this discussion to rest !
(until the next batch of chips come out hahahaha)

well some questions for bboarder. what mods does your car have? is your car an at or mt? egr gone? cat? little things that may differ from person to person. not dissing your hard work. just wondering so we can get a better understanding of what you are working with. thanks for the amazing post

I dont meen to get under your skin but im still learning how to read dynos so bare with me i didn't know the last graph had both dynos my bad sort of a youngin in the matter so forget i even said anything Forevralegend
yes it does because it recirculates exhaust gas into the engine to help in the combustion process and makes it more efficient however by circulating hot gas it hurts your hp since you want the coldest possible air going into your engine.
