just watch the movie. I don't know if it is a repost, but wtf is that engine.
They say that it's a 15.000 hp, the engine is runing on water and it was developed by the NASA.

i have no idea the info on the project supposedly its 15hp (using euro specs) and its 15,000 lbs of thrust, but i couldnt tell you any more besides that

In europe, the comma in numbers exceeding 1,000 is often substituted with a period. So, 15.000 would be the same as 15,000. I don't think that anyone writes 15.000 to represent 15.
